The third (2021) edition of our KM Exchange is presented in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and is a collaboration between MY KM Roundtable and ISKO Singapore (Co-Organisers). We look at how KM can help in a pandemic and how it will help us recover and grow after it.

We are presenting an innovative, week-long, virtual, international event so that participants can take a "mix and match" approach to suit their interests and schedules. Materials will be made available in advance of each morning and afternoon session so that we can focus on sharing and discussion within the conference sessions themselves, and we hope the conversations you start here will continue long afterwards!
At a Glance

Dates: 5-9 July 2021

Expectations

Come prepared to share! The defining feature of KM Exchange is that we prioritise networking, sharing and dialogue over simply listening to presentations. We have adapted our Case Study Cafe format to the virtual environment. Be prepared to come to the sessions ready to discuss, ask questions and share your own experience.

Our Keynote: will have interactive features including the opportunity for small group activities.
Our Case Study Cafes: you will have access to the case outlines in advance of the conference, so that you can come to the sessions ready to discuss the case study in depth with the case presenter along with other participants.
The Masterclass: will be full of small group activities to help you apply the learning to your own contexts.
The Panel: will start with small breakout groups hosted by Panel members to share insights from the week, before the Panel convenes in plenary format to synthesize and draw together common themes.
