Case Study Cafe 2: US Department of Defense and National Sports Institute Malaysia

In this case study cafe we will look at two case studies:
  • Development of Rapid KM Capability in a US Joint Task Force, presented by Brett Patron.
  • Reshaping the Knowledge Management Expedition at National Sports Institute Malaysia (ISN), presented by Syarifah Fathynah Binti Syed Shiekh.

All participants should have reviewed the case study details in advance of this Case Study Cafe. The materials are posted below. Each 1 hour session of the Cafe will begin with a very short recap of the case study by the case presenter, there will be a short breakout session for you to compare your areas of interest with other participants, and then the floor will be opened to questions and discussion.

This Case Study Cafe was facilitated by Patrick Lambe..

The edited highlights of the chat channel discussion in the Case Study Cafe are given here - download here.
