Planning for KM in a Post-Covid world
In this keynote, Dr Nick Milton investigates how Knowledge Management may be applied in a post-Covid world. We follow the structure of the ISO 30401 KM Systems standard in discussing KM outcomes, identifying key issues, identifying critical organisational knowledge, and the application of KM frameworks that may be needed once the pandemic is over. This keynote was interactive with many opportunities for discussion and questions, so the chat transcript is a useful adjunct to the edited video and slides.
